Domestic Shipping Costs

Shipping costs based on your location will be calculated automatically within our shopping cart. We provide a variety of options to deliver anywhere in the United States, with shipments to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional expense. Please contact us via email at hello@sabin.la for a detailed quote within 24 hours.  All shipping and delivery is "White-Glove" unless otherwise specified.  

 

International Shipping Costs 

We currently do not ship internationally.  However, email us with your specifics and we can try to see if we can work with you. 

 

What is “White-Glove” Delivery?

An agent will bring the piece into your space, they will unwrap, assemble if necessary and inspect for any damage during transit.  The delivery of furniture will be scheduled once production has been completed. A SABIN representative or third-party delivery agent will contact you prior to your delivery.    

 

What should I do prior to delivery?

Please ensure that freight delivery agents will have access to your building and room in a manner that will accommodate your order. Clear the path in order to avoid additional delivery costs if agents have to return a second time. If there is any damage during delivery, please note it clearly on the delivery documents and contact a SABIN representative immediately. 


 

RETURNS 

 

 Do you accept returns?

Since all of SABIN furniture is custom and made to order, all sales are final.

 

 What is your return and exchange policy?

All furniture and accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit or due to manufacturing defect.  Please ask any detailed questions you may have before making purchases.  SABIN does offer a one year warranty due to manufacturer defect.  See warranty information on the FAQ page.
